Pressure-resistant, according to DIN 4726 oxygen impermeable pipe PE-RT, in coils. The material used is non-cross-linked polyethylene with a higher temperature resistance (PE-RT, raised temperature according to DIN 16833). Can be used for heating and radiant heating installation.

MFL Composite pipe PE-RT / Alu / PE-RT 16 x 2,0 / 500 m

Pressure-resistant, according to DIN 4726 oxygen impermeable multi layer composite pipe (MLCP), in coils.

Structure of the pipe:
PE-RT – adhesive – aluminium layer – adhesive – PE-RT

The material used is non-cross-linked polyethylene with a higher temperature resistance (PE-RT, raised temperature according to DIN 16833). Can be used for heating and radiant heating installation. Checked and monitored by the SKZ.

MFL Manifold stainless steel with integrated flow meter 1“ long 2 Circuits

• 3/4" female thread x 1" male thread flat-sealing for underfloor heating with max. 7 loops

MFL Constant control kit 1" incl. Ball valve

One-part regulation station designed for a maximum power transfer of up to 10 kW (∆t=10K) or a maximum flow volume of 1.3 m³/h (approx. 150 m² heating surface).

MFL Pipe positioning panel premium 14 - 17 mm Panel without insulation

Pipe positioning panel for pipe diameter 14 - 17 mm, consisting of a deep-drawn multi-functional film with back-foamed pipe mount studs (item no. 51.903.060 without) which guarantees the secure mounting of pipes, mandatory pipe connection to adhere to the prescribed installation distances, density and very good walk-on stability. The direct back-foaming creates a firm bond between the pipe positioning panel and the EPS thermal insulation or EPS thermal and footfall sound insulation.

Further development of the standard model. Small, compact design, manual adjustment mechanism, water protection according to protection type IPX4. Also suitable for overhead mounting. Display of operating status and stroke position. Suitable without adapter, low diameter. 230 V, joint union nut M 30 x 1.5 mm, free cable end with ferrules, length = 0,8 m. Actuator closed and currentless 230 V AC 2.0 W

MFL Pipe guide bend 10 - 18

Pipe guide bend consisting of polyethylene (PE), not flame-resistant, free from halogens. Resistant to nearly all media (alcohols, grease, mineral oils, fuels), however not resistant to concentrated, strong oxidising acids. The pipe guide bend 20 with item no. 50.903.237 is recommended for use with the main pipe PE-RT 16 x 1.5.
Application temperature of the elbow:
Continuous load -15°C to 90°C
Short-term load up to 120°C

MFL Wired control center standard 230V / 24V 6 zones - 10 zones

Control center for the proper wiring of temperature regulators and electro-thermal actuators.
No-screw control center connection technology. Lowered channel. Connection for external 2-channel timer.
24 V or 230 V is determined by the installation of the accompanying glass fuse.

Max. number of actuators that can be connected for 230 V control center:
For 6 zones = 15 MAINCOR actuators
For 10 zones = 18 MAINCOR actuators

Marginal insulating strips for the standard-compliant separation of the creed from adjacent components in floor constructions according to DIN 18560 and DIN EN 1264, with laminated PE foil for sealing particularly with liquid screeds.
